The BoxLock team specialise in project management, project and mechanical engineering. At our core, we are mechanical and project engineers, however, we are highly experienced in managing all disciplines and have spent considerable time in the field running the onsite EPCM teams for mining and infrastructure projects, as well as running the PMO on study projects large and small, including NI 43-101 and JORC compliant feasibility studies through to detailed engineering and FEED.

The core team of engineers and project managers draw from our trusted network of independent sub-consultants and SMEs for specialist disciplines, most of whom have transitioned from management and leadership roles in either operational mines, or big-name mining consultancies to running their own consultancies.
